Victoria served as a member of the Board of Directors of The Greenbrier Companies (NYSE: GBX), a publicly-traded company from July 2009 to October 2015, and as Chairman of the Compensation Committee from January through October of 2015. She is currently Special Advisor to the CEO as a consultant.  From September 2008 to the present, Victoria worked independently and has made investments in real estate and mid-cap companies. From 1999 until July 2008, Ms. McManus served as President of Babcock & Brown Rail Management, an equipment leasing company. At B&B, Victoria was the head of the North American Rail Group. Prior to joining B&B, she"s was an executive with The CIT Group for ten years; her last position was President of its Rail Division.  In addition to her corporate responsibilities, Victoria has been a private real estate investor. Victoria serves as Vice President of the Nantucket Historical Society and President of the Nantucket Community Foundation.

Philip has spent the last five years as a high end residential developer at Greystone Properties. Coinciding with the daily operations of developing fine homes, Philip has continuously managed and invested in commercial real estate. Prior to working in the United States, Philip was the chief operating officer for a multi-national firm involved in construction and life support services for US Military Prime contractors during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Over the past 15 years, John has worked as a licensed residential real estate broker in New York City. He currently resides on Nantucket where he is the Broker of record for Centre Street Realty, a luxury residential brokerage firm specializing in Nantucket Real Estate. Prior to his career in real estate, he worked for in banking for First Data, NYCE, and CitiGroup. His expertise in client relations and marketing is vital to our operations here at BMM Associates.
